PRICING guide - CUSTOM Saber design, BUILDS, hilt installs, unstable blades, & FX saber conversions

-Custom Hilt prices are dependent on what “bells and whistles” you’d like made for your hilt. Details and options will be discussed at the time of the commission consultation. Prices can range from $200 and up to the $1000’s. It just depends on what you want.
Other options are “EXTRAS” and will be added to total per task.

-Unstable / Ice Blades are $75 + shipping and Paypal fees (3.6%)…..Yes, we ship to International customers as well. Contact us for shipping prices.
 

-Custom Stunt sabers (No sound) start at $175
 

-Custom Saber w/ soundboards installed start at $275

Please note that sabers take time to design, build, Install and complete. They can range from a week to complete to months….sometimes years!!!

Listed below is the cost of LABOR ONLY for us to install a premium “Plecter Labs” sound board in your saber.

-The prices below are for a basic install of a soundboard (meaning the speaker, battery, recharge port, switch or switches and LED are wired and ready to be wired to the board). 

-Accent LED’s, bargraphs and illuminated switches are labeled as an EXTRA fee.

-Installs include calibration of board and install of a non-pirated sound font or fonts.

-Nano Biscotte/ NB: $85 (Includes Wiring of Board, Switch, speaker, and battery system)

-Petite Crouton/ PC: $165 (Includes Wiring of Board, Switches, speaker, and battery system)

-Prizm Board: $190 (Includes Wiring of Board, Switches, speaker, and battery system)

-Crystal Focus/ CF: $215 (Includes Wiring of Board, Switches, speaker, and battery system)

“Naigon’s Electronic Creations” Soundboards

Listed below are the cost for the LABOR ONLY.

-Accent Led(or Illuminated switches): $15 Per Led

-Main Blade matching Pommel Led: $25 Per led matched

-Custom Switch hole (when there is no pre drilled hole for a standard switch): $35

-Recharge Port Hole (When there is no pre drilled hole for your recharge port): $35

-R.I.C.E Port hole (when your want the rice port on outside of the saber and there is no pre drilled place for it): $35

-In hilt Rechargeable battery install (includes wiring of recharge port -battery is not included w/ price amount): $25

-Speaker install: $15

-Flash on Clash LED Install (includes wiring foc color on led): $60

- Wiring and installing Led module (main blade color): $25 single fee ($12 per each additional led wired if multi colored led)

-Adding quick disconnect to led in order to swap out led modules or multiple colors on a multi dye led: 15$ Per led wired

-Color Extender for Crystal Focus 6: $95

-R.I.C.E Port Wiring: $30

-Modding and installing a CF6 board to work with 3.7 volt single cell battery and wiring it to work with a three color Led-$40 on top of the $200 for crystal focus install, WARNING SOME SOUND QUALITY IS LOWERED WITH THIS MOD, This allows multicolor changing saber without CEX board

-Installation of bargraph LED’s directly on the Crystal focus or Petit Crouton: $12 per led

-Tear Down Fee - When you send us a saber with electronics already in it and we must uninstall some or all of them to upgrade your saber: $30 

 
Weathering - $40 per item or section. Please specify light, medium, or heavy style weathering.

PAYMENT POLICY
50 % of the total cost of the saber is due before work is started.
The remaining 50% will be due upon completion. (Pictures and video will be provided to show 100% completion) Paypal Payments Only.

When using Paypal, please use the option “Goods and Services”.
All Paypal fees will be the responsibility of the client. LAST MINUTE (once work is started after options confirmed) changes will result in longer build times and an extra $55 fee. Shipping will be USPS for CONUS and range from $6-25(depending on insurance), all items will be shipped same or next business day upon Final Payment from client.
 

30 Day limited Warranty, anything after that is subject to fees
Warranty does not include damage caused by (1) acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, commercial use or modifications of this product, or normal wear and tear; (2) improper operation or maintenance of this product; or (3) attempted repair by any other party than myself or a Kenobi's Keep employee. This Limited Warranty does not apply where it is determined by a Kenobi's Keep employee that there is no fault with the Product itself. Repairs not covered by the Limited Warranty may, at Kenobi's Keep employee's discretion, be carried out at the owner's expense. Insurance will be offered before shipping each saber, if you reject the cost I am not responsible for any loss or damage in shipping
We are not responsible for cost of return shipping. We do not warrant electronics, such as soundboards, batteries and LEDS, as these are all items we do not create. Sound Board repairs need to be performed by their manufacturers or authorized repair providers. You will be responsible for any fees including shipping.  We do not warrant paint or powder coat jobs done by us or someone else after they pass initial inspection upon receiving the item as finishes naturally wears and fades Attempts to repair yourself will void the warranty.
Warranty is non transferable.
